Most photo shoots are delivered the next day through your online gallery. Video and 3D tours can take a little longer. Up against a listing deadline? Just let me know when you book.
A few minutes of prep makes a big difference. Inside: turn on every light, open the blinds, turn off ceiling fans and TVs, and put toilet seats down. Clear the counters and tuck away toothbrushes, hairbrushes, soap and shampoo bottles, tissue boxes, everyday towels, and trash cans. Hide pet bowls, beds, toys, and crates, and straighten pillows, throws, and rugs. Outside: move cars out of the driveway, stash trash bins and hoses, and take the cover off the grill. Anything left out, I'll work around.
